Description:
KSD9700 type thermal protector is using a special shape of double metal piece without auxiliary mechanism. The status of metal piece has the fast change is only depended on the self temperature sensing of the metal piece and the current thermal reaction. It makes the contact realize the cut off the power automatically and get through the power. The over heating protection and overload protection will be raised. 9700 type thermal protector can be applied for transformers; battery; lighting electrics; cleaning machine; water pump; electric tools; electric heating pad; and the household appliances.
Work Principle:
KSD9700 type bimetal thermal protector is using the double metal piece as e temperature sensing element. When the electrics work normally, the double piece is at the free status, the contact is at close/break off position. When the temperature rises to the action temperature, the double metal piece acts fast by the inside force caused by heating, open/close the contact, cut off/get through the power, the temperature protection function is raised. When the temperature lows to the reset temperature, the contact closes/breaks off automatically and recovery to normal work status.
