2 Structural features:

4 Product appearance
Plastic case: 15mm × 6.5mm × 3.1mm The shell of the thermal protector shall not have burrs, cracks, deformation, corrosion and other phenomena; The logo should be correct, correct, clear and durable;
5 Product Performance
5.1 Rated current (COS =0.7) DC24V-10A, AC250V-5A 5.2 Disconnect temperature: 30℃ ~ 150℃ Reset temperature: 20℃ ~ 110℃(see the drawing for details). 5.3 Tensile test: the lead end of the product should be able to withstand tension greater than or equal to 20N, and the wire will not break or slip out. 5.4 Insulation voltage: a. The product should be able to withstand AC660V between the leads at the time of disconnection, lasting for 1min without breakdown and flashover phenomenon; b. The product can withstand AC1800V between the lead and the insulating shell for 1S without breakdown and flashover phenomenon; 5.5 Insulation resistance: Under normal conditions, the insulation resistance between the lead wire and the insulation housing should be more than 100MΩ. 5.6 Contact resistance: The contact resistance of the product shall not be greater than 50mΩ. 5.7 High temperature resistance test: The product is placed in the air environment above the rated operating temperature of 50℃ for 96h. 5.8 Low temperature resistance test: The product is placed in -40℃ air environment for 96h. 5.9 Anti-vibration test: the thermal protector should be able to withstand the amplitude of 1.5mm, the frequency change of 10 ~ 55Hz, the scanning change cycle of 3 ~ 5 times /min, Vibration direction X, Y, Z, each direction of continuous vibration for 2h. 5.10 Drop test: The product falls freely once from a height of 0.7m. 5.11 Compression test: The product should be able to withstand 100N static pressure for 1min. After 5.7,5.8,5.9,5.10 and 5.11 tests, the following conditions should be met: a. The change of disconnection temperature should be within +7℃ of the initial value; b. Contact resistance should be less than 100mΩ; c. The shape should have no obvious deformation; d. The conductor has no cracking damage.
6 Service Life
Under the condition of rated voltage, current and power factor of 0.7, the product is operated 4000 times by an external heat source, and the following conditions should be met: a disconnect temperature change should be within the initial value of +5℃; b Contact resistance should be below 50mΩ; c Continue the test to 6000 times can move.
7 Other Matters:
7.1 The heating rate of the disconnected temperature detection should be controlled as 1℃/1min; 7.2 The product cannot bear strong impact force and compression force during use;
